Who is NPVGSA?
North Penn Valley Girls Softball is a girls youth softball organization benefiting the Montgomery and Bucks County area. North Penn Valley Girls Softball was established prior 1987. We have been providing youth girls softball to the local community for 35 years and counting!
What is Quickball?
The USA Quickball program was brought to NPVGSA in the Spring of 2021, it is a skills derived program that focuses on teaching our youngest of players the fundamentals of softball. Players aged 4-6 are eligible to play. When they graduate Quickball they are prepared to begin playing at our 8u level.

What can I expect from registering my player?
NPVGSA offers two seasons, a Fall and Spring Season. Fall season offers youth girls softball for about six weeks, games are played every other Saturday for those registered in our 8u, 10u, and 12u programs. For those registered in our Fall season for ages 15u and 19u, games are played every other Sunday for about six weeks as well. Fall season is a less competitive structure, more towards learning the rules of the game. There is no season end tournament or championships.
Spring season is our competitive season running from mid April until mid June. Games are held during the weeknights and practice schedules are set by coaches with the team and players in mind. A season end tournament, All- Star Game are a few highlights of some divisions.
My daughter(s) have never played softball or have very little experience in playing?
Our league is instructionally based, so your daughter(s) will fit in on any team. The goal for our coaches is to make all feel welcome and develop their skills as a softball player.
How long is the softball season?
Our spring season runs from April to June. Games are played during the week and practices are scheduled by the coach at their discretion.
Our fall season runs from August to October, games are played on Saturdays at the Schweiker Park and practices are scheduled by the coach at their discretion during week nights.
When are practices and/or games?
In the spring, games are played during the weeknights, with start times around 6:15 pm at most of the fields. Our select teams do play on the weekends.
In the Fall, the 8u, 10u, and 12u divisions play their games on Saturdays and the 15u and 19u play doubleheaders on alternating Sundays.
Team practices are determined by the coach and do vary.
Where is Field 6?
When leaving Schweiker Park turn left and proceed approximately 0.2 miles Field 6 will be on your right next to the NP Little League fields.
